- reset my inner ecology (gut flora etc...)
- feel vital and balanced, balancing lifelong candida
- feel even keeled emotionally, eliminating crazy ups and down and lifelong familial depression
- heal my heart, and feel vital blood and oxygen flowing through me (the way it is now, I get exhausted and pale really quickly when exercising, because a valve is not -yet- closing properly)
- enjoy the use of my body, being able to move and be physically active (I just don't have much energy or motivation to move in my life, and feel it more these days)
- allow my body to rest and rejuvenate, eliminating internal infections (teeth, skin, gut)
- clear up my skin ( I remember how vital it felt when I was 100% raw)
- crank up my internal guidance and intuition. I use it for my work, receive messages, feel other people's emotions, sense and transform energy blockages, have their body reveal its hidden programming, so it's already pretty high, but how high can it get? I want to know! It's maybe my #1 motivator.
- feel completely and utterly supported and loved by the universe at all times
- feel attractive to myself and others (ok, upon learning I used to be 200 lbs, the produce people were flabergasted and told me today that I look great, thanks guys!...but hey, I don't feeeel great!)
- fit in my sexy funky clothes that are sleeping in boxes
- a secret reason ;o)
- allow myself to have as much fun with my life as I wish to!
I've set myself up with a few things to help me win:
- an emotional transformation session buddy (she took my workshop a few years ago, and has become quite good at working with Source and finding old stuff in me that are still nicely tucked away - for more info on that work, see www.TheSourceSynergy.com) ... We had an awesome session today. Actually, to be honest, I have more than one transformational buddy, as friends that I have trained, ask me for sessions and we end up swapping.
- a nice relationship with a fresh produce wholesaler in town. A nice italian family from Sicily, the elderly father and I are having fun speaking a smattering of Italian and French. They are nice enough to special order organic produce for me (I just got a full case of celery, of granny smith apples, and of 25lbs of carrots. Cucumbers and thai coconuts coming soon) I've stuffed my fridge full, and I think I need to get some coolers for the overflow! Unless I can convert some people in my small town and share the produce with them.
- some culture starters to make coconut water kefir and cultured raw vegetables without salt, which I will juice, which will give me loads of good probiotics and crowd out candida, as well as some Garden of Life's Primal Defense, a soil based probiotic which eats away the "gunky mucus" (as opposed to beneficial mucus) in your intestines.
- a case of pretty mason jars, with a wide mouth and pretty decorations on the side. I find mason jars eeky and quite ugly, and especially dislike the lids - yuk!- but these ones are pretty!
- the basics in food prep: a trusty Green Star juicer almost 8 years old, the best investment I ever made, a blendtec high speed blender (www.blendtec.com?affiliateid=BEYONDB), a citrus juicer that is seeing its last days, some nut milk bags (where are those things?) and I'm hunting for a ginormously big glass jar to make the cultured veggies in.
- some healing tools: a terminator 2 zapper, which I wear in a sock under my foot at night, some anchi crystals which help heal and balance the body ( www.anchicrystals.com and www.anchiathletics.com ), a loofah glove, and I'll pick up a body brush, and some bentonite clay/psyllium husk pills (formula #2 from Dc. Shultze www.herbdoc.com which is by far the easiest way to ingest that otherwise goopy yuky concoction)
- an afternoon of reading through Juice Feasting blogs, to get educated, entertained, and gather a few good tips: juice and store individual varieties separately is the best tip so far... and learning that the "citrus + greens" combination land you in noxious Fartdom Kingdom... oops, I should have read that one earlier in the day! I keep in mind Winston Churchill's quote: "When you go through hell, keep going!" I don't feel like hell, but the air around me has a certain sulfurous smell... quite funny actually!... but then again I think it's just due to old stuff being stirred up, because I've pretty much always had my daily liter of juice in a "greens+lemon" combination, it was just fine, thank you very much! I need to go get some enzymes and probiotics until I make the kefir and cultured veggies. I read somewhere that some spices are particularly good at relieving this particular problem. They are: cumin, caraway, turmeric, asafoetida, kombu(seaweed)
So here is the intake section:
- 1 liter (a bit more than a quart) of carrot juice
- 1 l of celery juice
- 1 l of granny smith
- 1 tsp each of fresh (not dried) bee pollen, coconut butter
- licorice tea, my fave, and some water
I mixed these in various combination throughout the day
- a combination of kale, cilantro, celery, granny smith, spirulina and powdered dulse, in the blentec blender, then through the juicer (drats, I know I have two milk bags somewhere!) since the juicer was dirty again, I juiced another 2 heads of celery and 2 lbs of carrots, to give me a head start for tomorrow morning. Since I juice with the Green Star, it doesn't oxidize the way it would in the blender, so juicing ahead of time is fine, and it's a little leg up in case I don't feel like it in the morning.
Definitely not enough juice today, I'm hungry but it's bedtime and I've already taken my formula #2 pills, so I plan to juice more tomorrow. My skin already feels better, and I feel positive... yippee!
Good night!
Bisous,
Tamara
