How would you live your life if you didn't have a life's purpose? Most people would think that would be a pretty depressing way of living, right? But what if life was to be lived just for the fun of it, just for the thrill of the ride? For the joy of co-creation, and of delighting in what exists on earth, nature, the plants, the animals, the elements... It is such a freeing way of being.
Today, during a session with a wonderful lady, "the need to have a reason for being" came up to be cleared. So clear away we did, and I got the download at the same time, on a cellular level, which is so much more profound than just knowing about it intellectually.
To explain this further, enjoy the answer to "The most profound question" ever asked to Abraham, channeled by Esther Hicks: "why do dogs risk getting bugs in their eyes by sticking their heads out of a car window?"

Finding :
- what gives you joy, and
- what you are good at, or can become good at, will enable you to find your life's purpose...
- and finding a way to make a living out of it, if you desire your life's purpose to be your life's work.
I just checked in with my client and she is having major detoxing reactions after our session, and she is actually really happy about it. I prefer to have sessions be integrated smoothly, but in her case, her body had been holding on tightly to a lot of toxins that were making her sick, and she is happy to feel a major shift.
After that, I finished making juice for the day, about 5 or 6 quarts/liters (2 of celery, 1 of granny smith, 1 of carrot, some kale and parsley, and about 1/2 glass of cranberry, and 1/2 glass of ginger). I drank it all and feel way better than yesterday. I read some more on juicefeasting.com and started drinking more juice in one sitting, instead of sipping it all day long. I'm still in the Noxious Fartdom Kingdom, but it seems that I see a border crossing up ahead. I hope to be out of there soon! It will be better for my social life ;o) I'm going to have to dig up a natural crystal deodorant, which I didn't need to use anymore but now I do, 'cause I'm detoxin' and I can smell it, yeah baby! Yippee for foul body odors ;o)
I have ENERGY! I woke up at 4:30am wide awake, and it's now 10pm and I'm soooo not sleepy. I think I'm gonna go for a walk. If this continues like this, I'm going to have to find some new hobbies! So much of my life and life's pleasure have been focused on food. If anything I expect that this will change my "pleasure focus" to non-food oriented items. This is something that non-emotional eaters might think is really wacky, but that is the honest truth!
I'm not running to pee every ten minutes, only every 1/2 hour, that's a progress from yesterday which enabled me to go for a bike ride on this gorgeous cool summer day. me think that I'm going to get real familiar with all the public restrooms in town.
I really don't like to feel hungry, which I have been feeling ... which lead me to clear some preverbal stuff stemming from feeling starved for nutrition in utero, as my mum, who didn't know better at the time, was smoking 2 packs of cigarettes while pregnant.
I went to buy some small mason jars, but the stores were closed in honor of "Canadian Civic Day" I must admit, I have noooo idea what that holiday stands for.
Ok, truth be told, I spent a good portion of the day feeling irritated at myself for having invited into my life someone who pushes my buttons BIG TIME by their mere presence in my space. But I was also amused at my irritation, because I know full well that this is "the gift of the annoying people." What is that gift, might you ask? ... well I will leave you to guess that one, until tomorrow, my dear!
Happy guessing, sweet dreams y'all!
